Recall Karen Miller

All too often, the average citizen is unable to enforce their redress of grievances against a sitting judge for fear of retaliation yet our First Amendment Right guarantees our ability to do it. Citizens cannot endure the costs associated with or count on the cabal of lawyers at the Judicial Qualifications Commission, or the judges who sit on the Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court to hold a sitting judge accountable for their corruption, incompetence, or violations of our Civil Rights.

Judges are protected; citizens are not. Citizens lack a proper mechanism to hold judges accountable for their misdeeds…that is until now.

To demonstrate the inalienable power of the people bestowed upon us by the Lord and United States Constitution, Judges will be held accountable by the people for each and every action they take.

Trample on the Constitution. No more.

Injure a party due to ego, laziness, or incompetence. No more.

Assume a judge has sovereign immunity. No more.

There is no immunity for people who hold public office and ruin the lives of citizens. The people have a right to hold our elected officials accountable, and hold them accountable we will.

Karen Miller is now the poster child for a citizen movement seeking to enforce our rights as a nation, of, by and for the People. Like her friend, the disgraced former judge, Martin Colin, she has allowed power corrupt her and often injures the lives of citizens while also violating their civil rights without due process of law. She’s forgotten she works for the people and uses her government perch to enrich and empower herself through unethical and immoral means.

She is either corrupt or incompetent. Either way, there is no justification for her track record.

Karen Miller must go, and we intend to make sure that happens. Citizens will be safer when corrupt judges like Karen Miller are removed from the bench one at a time until Judges act with integrity and remember they work for the people.
